After 25+ years in software, I know one thing for sure: the best tools come from your own frustration.

I started my career as a consultant, then built my own IT company with clients worldwide, and sold it to Sitecore. There I worked for 10 years as Senior Product Manager and experienced the growth from startup to enterprise. After that, I spent time at an e-commerce software provider.

What drives me? Discovering problems and designing elegant solutions. When AI emerged, it grabbed me immediately — not as hype, but as an opportunity to build software that actually does the work for you.

Now I build my own products under the LaunchMinds flag. No client projects, no consultancy. Just software for the audience I know best: independent professionals who want to run their business without drowning in admin and tooling.

Here I share the journey. The wins, the failures, the lessons. Building in public, because I believe transparency is more valuable than a polished story.
